These Terms govern use of TurnYard websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”). If you use the Services for an organization, you represent you are authorized to do so.

TurnYard provides business software to organizations (“Customers”) and the people they invite. The Customer is responsible for its users and for how it uses the Services.
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and use only the access you are given. Customer administrators control membership. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.
By providing a mobile number and consenting, you agree that TurnYard may send:
Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies.
Reply STOP to cancel texts from that number. Reply HELP for help, or email support@turnyard.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You represent that you are authorized to use the number and will update it if it changes.
This program is not marketing. Opt-in data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties for their marketing.
You will not misuse the Services, attempt to access data that is not yours, upload unlawful content, or use our messaging facilities for purposes we have not authorized (including marketing, debt collection, or political campaigns).
The Customer owns workspace content its users create, except as a written Customer agreement says otherwise. You grant TurnYard a limited license to host and process that content only to operate the Services and comply with law. You must have the right to submit what you submit.
The Services rely on infrastructure and communications providers. We are not responsible for carrier filtering or delivery failures outside our control.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TURNYARD IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES IN ANY TWELVE MONTHS IS LIMITED TO THE FEES THE APPLICABLE CUSTOMER PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THAT PERIOD, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS if no fees were paid.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; those limits apply only as permitted.
The Customer will defend and indemnify TurnYard against claims arising from the Customer’s use of the Services and content its users submit.
These Terms apply while you use the Services. Sections 5–9 and 11 survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed Customer agreement says otherwise.
Confirm formation state before publishing.
We may update these Terms and will change the date above. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
